Barbara Davis, 70, of Northampton, PA passed away August 14, 2025. She was the loving wife of James Davis. Barb was born in Bethlehem, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Peter P. and Frances M. (Fuhrman) Faleski. Barb graduated from Liberty High School in Bethlehem, PA, Burlington Community College in Burlington, NJ and Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. Barb was a Registered Nurse, ER Department Manager, and Director of Nursing. Barb began the Sexual Assault Unit in the ER Department at 17th and Chew. She worked for Lehigh Valley Hospital and Westfield Hospital.
She was a member of the St Joseph the Worker in Orefield. Barb was an avid cruiser and has taken more than 50 cruises. While on the ship she enjoyed playing bingo, snorkeling, attending shows and going to the casino. She also enjoyed being with the grandchildren, doing crafts and arranging flowers. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: husband- James R. Davis, children- James A. Davis and wife Stacey, Jason Davis, Bradley Davis and wife Margaret, grandchildren- Hanna, Chase, Makayla, Emily and Natalie, siblings- Henry A Faleski, Karen D Luise, Frances S Beaver and David P Faleski. She was predeceased by her sibling- Peter Faleski.
A viewing will be held Saturday, August 23rd 11:00AM-12:30PM with a Service to be held at 12:30PM in Downing Funeral Home, Inc., 1002 W Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018.

Tam (Nguyen) Dinh, 90, of Bethlehem, passed away October 20, 2024. She was the wife of the late Huynh Van Dinh. She was a member of Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: children- Hung Cong Dinh, Hao Quang Dinh, Hoa Quang Dinh, Hien Quang Dinh, William Dinh, Joseph Dinh, Peter Dinh, James Dinh, Mary-ann (Dinh) Beck; 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.

Barbara Dugas
Barbara R. (Haydu) Dugas, 94, of Bethlehem, passed away April 3, 2022. She was the loving wife of the late John F. Dugas. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Sophia (Lendvai) Haydu. Barbara was a member of Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors: daughters- Beverly Lenner and husband David of Bethlehem, Eileen Ferry and husband William of Bethlehem; grandson- Matthew Lenner. She was predeceased by her son- John Dugas, 5 brothers and 5 sisters.
A calling time will be held Friday, April 8th 10-10:30AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30AM all in Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church 730 W. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial to follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Downing Funeral Home, Inc.

Richard Drey Sr
Richard C. Drey Sr., 79, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully January 11, 2021. He was the loving husband of 53 years to Mary Ann (Kish) Drey. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Claude “Bud” and Anna (Griesemer) Drey. Richard earned his Bachelors of Mathematics and Physics from Albright College and then taught for 2 years at Reading High School. He received a National Science Foundation Grant to go to Brown University where he earned his Masters in Mathematics. Richard became one of the first the faculty members at Northampton Community College and served for 32 years as a Professor of Mathematics. He was a fan of the Cincinnati Reds since 1950 and had coached East Allen soccer. Richard was the first Treasurer for the East Allen Twp. Volunteer Fire Dept.
Survivors: wife- Mary Ann Drey; children- Elizabeth Drey Forkin and husband Keith, Richard C. Drey Jr., Nicole Drey; grandchildren- Alden, Ella, Slade and Rowan; sister- Susan Grillo and husband Philip; and niece- Angela; nephews- Michael and Anthony. He was predeceased by his brother- John Drey.
A viewing will be held Saturday, January 16th 10-11AM with a Service at 11AM in Downing Funeral Home, Inc. 1002 W. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial to follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Patricia Donchez
Patricia A. (Ortwein) Donchez, 61, of Freemansburg, passed away April 27, 2019. She was the loving wife to Joseph Donchez, to whom she was with for 31 years and married for 19 years. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Albert “Abbie” John and Ann Veronica (Stier) Ortwien. Patricia graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School Class of “75.” She worked as a book keeper for 34 years for Family Dental Service in Allentown. Patricia loved bowling, reading, crafting and animals.
Survivors: husband- Joseph Donchez; daughter- Trisha McFadden and husband Kevin of Forks Twp; son- Byron Bachman and wife Nicole of Plainfield Twp; grandchildren- Ryan and Abigail “Abbie” McFadden, Jack and Charlie Bachman; brother- Greg Ortwein and wife Cyndy of Williams Twp; mother-in-law & father-in-law- Patricia and Michael Green; sister-in-law- Tracey McClure; golden retriever dog- Annie May.

Christine Donchez
Christine M. (Gorza) Donchez, 99, of Bethlehem, passed away October 31, 2018. She was the loving wife of the late William “Paddy” Donchez. Born in Murska Sobato, Yugoslavia, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Lipics) Gorza. She retired from Penn State Mills after 45 years of service. She was a member of the former St. Joseph Catholic Church and Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church. Christine loved taking care of her family and will be deeply missed.
Survivors: sons- Frank J. Donchez and William Donchez Jr.; daughter- Anna J. Moleski; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters- Margaret Dimovitz and Helen Prately.

John Dugas
John M. “Dugi” Dugas, 61, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully in his home on September 18, 2017. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Barbara R. (Haydu) Dugas and the late John F. Dugas. John worked previously for Texapol Corp. He was a member of Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church. John was a previous member of the Hecktown Fire Co. and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Survivors: Mother- Barbara Dugas; Sisters- Beverly Lenner and husband David of Bethlehem, Eileen Ferry and husband William of Bethlehem; Nephew- Matthew Lenner.

Francis Dorsam
Francis B. Dorsam, 94, of Palm Bay, Florida and formerly of Bethlehem, passed away August 10, 2017. He was the loving husband of Geraldine (Ruff) Dorsam and previously the late Catherine M. (Williams) Dorsam. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Benedict and Helen (Everly) Dorsam. Francis worked in customer service for UGI for 42 years, retiring in 1984. He then worked as a manager and treasurer for UGI Credit Union for 15 years. He was a former member of St. Bernard’s Home of the Good Samaritan Club and volunteered at Holy Family Manor.
Survivors: Wife- Geraldine Dorsam; Son- Richard Dorsam and wife Judith of Bethlehem; Daughter- Mary Stout and husband Cosimo of Bethlehem; 8 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister- Helen Scheirer and step-son- Paul LaFaver.
