Michael T. Aungst, 53, of Salisbury Twp., passed away September 3, 2013. He was the loving fiance to Bebe Kuplen. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Betty (Bateman) and the late Walter Aungst. Michael worked for 30 years at Nestle Purina. He was a member of the Mountainville Fire Co and loved his motorcycle, golfing, and basketball. Survivors: Fiancee, Bebe Kuplen; mother, Betty Aungst; siblings, Walter Aungst and wife, Marylin, of Salisbury Twp., Kathy Aungst of Salibury Twp., Terrence Aungst, Kevin Aungst, Christopher Aungst and wife, Shannon, of Salisbury Twp.; nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Alan, LeeJay, TJ, and Krystal. He was a father figure to Jennifer Kocher, and grandfather figure to Axle Kocher. He was predeceased by his nephew, Sean Aungst. Services: A viewing will be held on Friday, 6 to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 9 to 10 a.m. with a service at 10 a.m. all in Downing Funeral Home, Inc., 1002 W. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018. William C Acker
William C. Acker, 90, formerly of West Bethlehem, passed away Friday, April 26, 2013. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late William and Mary Acker.William served in the U.S. Army during WWII, stationed in Frances and being honorably discharged as Private First Class.He was a member of Ss Simon and Jude Catholic Church. William retired from Bethlehem Steel. Survivors: Niece - Paula Matus Ferry of Hazelton; nephew - Scott Matus of Bethlehem; great-nieces and nephews- Maeve Ferry Sehay, Caitlin, William and John Ferry; other nieces and nephews; extended family- Richard and Arlene Lund, Robert and Karen Shadle, Edward and Danelle Mackavage, all of Bethlehem. He was predeceased by siblings- Dorothy Matus and Donald Acker. Services: A calling time will be held on Saturday, 10:30-11 a.m. with a service to follow at 11 a.m., all in Downing Funeral Home, Inc.1002 W. Broad St., Bethlehem, 18018. John Arno
John F. Arno, 59, of Bethlehem, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013. He was the loving husband of Irene A. (Zaferiou) Arno. Born in Chicago, IL, he was the son of Leslie and the late Dolores Arno. He worked as a Medicare Compliance Consultant for Optum for 16 years. John was a member of Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He devoted much of his life to the Boy Scouts of America; he achieved his Eagle Scout rank in 1969 , acted as Assistant Scoutmaster over his son's troop for several years and was a long-time volunteer for Minsi Trails Council.

Wanda J. Aubin
Wanda J. Aubin born October 23, 1913 in Windsor Locks, Connecticut and a longtime resident of West Hartford, Connecticut died peacefully in her sleep on February 3, 2012.
Wanda, along with her fabulous cooking, knowledgeable gardening tips, and gracious hospitality will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
No memorial or funeral services will be held according to Wanda Aubin’s wishes.

Helen Angelucci
Helen Struss Angelucci 93 years old, of Bethlehem died in peace after years of suffering with Rheumatoid arthritis on Dec. 12, 2011 in the care of St. Luke’s hospice in home and their Hospice House on Black River Road.
Born in Egypt Whitehall township, daughter of Ukrainian immigrants the late Stephen and Anna (Cochinosh) Struss, Helen was always ready to share a story expressing her love of her large family and farm life. She was pre-deceased by sisters and brothers—Anna, Mary, Kate, Tony, Sophie, and Walter. Helen is survived by sisters Pauline, Eve and brother Paul. She was wife of John Angelucci for 70 years. In addition to her husband are three daughters Karen Toman and twins Jacalyn Ortwein and Jamie Kyle. She has two grandchildren Olivia Ortwein, Jordan Toman and many nieces and nephews.
Helen worked at Western Electric during WW II, later at Laros Silk Mill and then using her skills as a dressmaker in the workplace and home keeping her daughters in the latest fashions until she retired.
Her great love was Bible study groups and the many friends she made while there.
