Dorothy Whitehead
Dorothy B. (Medve) Whitehead, 91, of Bethlehem, passed away Friday, April 06, 2012 in Manor Care Easton. She was the wife of the late Raymond Whitehead. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Barbara Turnauer Medve. Dorothy was the former manager of the Orange Car. She was of the Catholic faith and was an avid golfer.

Judith White
Judith (Judy) McHale White
loving mother, sister and grandmother age 68, passed away Saturday, September 3,
2011 in Santa Fe, NM. Judith was born in Allentown to Paul F. And Mary W. McHale
in 1943 and raised in the Borough of Fountain Hill. She graduated from St.
Francis Academy, Bethlehem and the College of Saint Elizabeth, Convent Station,
NJ. She married Allan S. White of Hermitage, PA in 1964. She was a long-term
resident of Tuxedo Park, NY and the Brooklyn Heights area of New York City. One
of only a small number of female executives on Wall Street in the early 1970s,
she was employed by reinsurance companies General Reinsurance Co., Guy Carpenter
& Co., Sargent Wobber & Co., EW Blanch, and Paul Napolitan, Inc. A long-time
sufferer of Ankylosing Spondylitis, she retired to Santa Fe in 1993. She enjoyed
collecting jewelry and antiques, gardening in the desert, the opera, and
spending time in her home with visiting family and her beloved pets. She is
survived by her sons Sean and Christopher, brothers Paul F. McHale, Jr. and
Michael W. McHale, and grandchildren, Kei, Tyler and Katelyn. She will be
remembered for her love for her family, her dedication to her children, her
generous heart, as well as her determination to live an active and fulfilling
life by overcoming chronic pain. A memorial service will be held on Thursday,
December 29, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Cathedral Church of the Nativity, 321 Wyandotte
Street, Bethlehem. The Reverend Joel Atkinson will be officiating. Interment
will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem. Arrangements are under the
direction of Downing Funeral Home, Inc.
Charles R. Wagner, Sr.
Charles R. Wagner, 83, of Park Forest, IL and formerly of Bethlehem, PA, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Illinois Veterans Home in Manteno, IL. He was the husband of the late Marion E. (Frankenfield) Wagner formerly of Bethlehem, PA. Born in New York City, NY, he was the son of the late Charles Wagner and Helen Sullivan. He was a former member of Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church. Charlie was a U.S. Navy veteran as well as a member of the American Legion and resided at the Illinois Veterans Home in Manteno, IL for the past six years.
He will be sadly missed by his entire family.
