Anna E. Brown, 93,of Fountain Hill, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at home. Born in West Rockhill Township, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anna Brown. Anna retired as a cafeteria aide in St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem. She was a life long member of St. Ursula Church in Fountain Hill. She was a member of the Golden Hillers.
Anna is survived by cousins Joseph McNamee (Ann), Mays Landing, NJ, Bernie McNamee, Roselle Park, NJ, Rose Therese Hoelzel (Richard), Murrell’s Inlet, SC, B.J. Brown, Wildwood, FL, and Robert Brown (Mary), Allentown. She was preceded in death by cousins Ellen McNamee, Sarah (Sally) Brown, William Brown and Francis Brown.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ursula R. C. Church, 1300 Broadway, Fountain Hill on Monday, September 19, 2011 at 10 a.m. followed by interment in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Father Robert Potts for his First Friday visits, Ethel Cappard for her loving care of Anna during her final year on earth, Griswold Special Care, Ann, Bill, Dr. Kuronya, Tina, Natalie and Wendy from Care Alernatives, Blough Health Care Center, and Pat Nemetch of ARPN for her guidance.

Cecelia B. (Madeja) Bristol, 81, of Bethlehem passed away Friday, August 26, 2011 in Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Fountain Hill.
She was the wife of Albert J. Bristol, Jr.
Born in Egypt, PA on November 11, 1929 to the late John J. and Susana P. (Mlak) Madeja
Cecelia worked for Cross Country Clothing in Northampton and AT&T - Lucent Technologies in Allentown.
She was a member of St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Allentown.
Survivors:
Sons: Dennis Schaffer and wife Elizabeth of Braintree MA and Mark Bristol and wife Robyn of Allentown.
Grandchildren: Jennifer Carroll of Taunton MA and Kevin Bristol of Allentown. Two great grandchildren.
Sisters: Louise Gregus, Bethlehem, Elsie Adams, Coplay, Ethel Geosits, Cementon, Martha Guzzi, Easton.
Brother: Michael Madea, Cherryville
Predeceased sisters: Anna Genevese, Helen Geiger, Pauline Shunk, Susan Karol, Elizabeth Madeya.
Predeceased brothers: John Madeya, Albert Madeya, Thomas Madea, Joseph Madeya, Frederick Madaya, Donald Madea.
